Installing ArcGIS on my personally owned computer

The ESRI-WIPHE site license does not cover installation of ESRI software on computers that are not owned by a Washington State public institution of higher education. It does not matter if you are student, staff, or faculty; the rule applies to everyone.

If you are a student, check with your department's GIS instructors or computer support personnel to see if they have obtained one-year timeout versions of ArcGIS (ArcView) for student use. These licenses cover installation on student-owned computers.
