Schedule of Classes and Assignments

For this online course you will be expected to:

Read the lecture notes for the day.
Review the ArcGIS Help files for the day's topics.
View the PowerPoint presentation for a condensed synopsis of the lecture notes.
Perform the lab exercise for the day.
Get plenty of rest.

Important Note!!! Assignments are hyperlinked from the Due Date. To get a copy of the assignment due on a certain date, click the date's hyperlink. Assignments need to be posted to Catalyst E-submit by 5:00 PM on the Friday of each week as listed in the schedule below. Late assignments will not be accepted. Before you post, make sure you have read and understood the Assignment Guidelines, or you may lose points. Make sure your zip file can be unzipped and your PDF can be opened in Acrobat and any figures are legible.

 


Schedule of Classes:

For the online course, work at your own pace. You should perform two lessons per week. But bear in mind that the assignments are based on the preceding lab exercises; if you do not perform the lab exercises you will find it is impossible to finish the assignments.
